Our Detroit, MI branch is looking for a new Sea Logistics LCL Gateway Specialist to join our Sea Logistics team.

Your Role

Reporting to the Sea Logistics LCL Gateway Supervisor you will handle all LCL consolidated cargo Master level (Saco) related activities. Responsibilities includes the execution of all operational disciplines and regulatory compliance in a Gateway function through accurate execution of processes, following SOP’s and established process standards whilst providing customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• You will analyze network-based cargo flows,consol benefit and load factors.

• Provide SaCo loading instructions to underlying CFS Warehouse.

• Vendor Monitor adherence ofprovided loading instructions.

• Manage and ensure timely receipt ofrequired export information from origin booking stations.

• You will process timely and accurate costdistribution from SaCo to House level per predefined standards.

• Responsible to ensure accurateTrack and Trace milestones related to SaCo Master Bill environments.

• You will monitor vendorperformance/compliance per predefined status relating to the Master SaCo.

• Review SaCo and ensure AEScompliance on House level and escalate to appropriate branches ofpotential non-compliance.

• Coordinate IPI movements with underlyingvendors to final CFS.

Your Skills and Experiences

• You have knowledge of LCL shipment processing.

• You will have the ability to report to the office 4 days per week.

• You will have the ability to travel to Detroit, MI for New Hire Sea Logistics Training for 1 week during your second week of employment.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
