Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to drive sales and promote both CJE Career Consulting and Captivating Events By Chi. This is a commission-only role, offering a high earning potential based on performance. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and helping to grow both brands within their respective markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Identify, prospect, and convert leads into sales for both CJE Career Consulting and Captivating Events By Chi.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to improve sales and market positioning.
- Networking & Outreach: Represent Chiquita Jackson Enterprise at events, conferences, and networking meetings to expand business development opportunities.
- Consultative Sales: Understand clients' needs and recommend the appropriate services from both programs to address those needs effectively.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to achieve commission-based compensation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in career consulting, event planning, or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse client groups.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to lead generation and sales.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.
Knowledge of the career consulting and event planning industries is a plus.
Compensation
- Commission-Based: Competitive commission structure based on sales performance.
