As an Onsite Post Close Document Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the onsite management of loan and title documents throughout the entire document management process.

About the Role

  • Acknowledge, notarize and/or prep title documents for recording or disbursement requirements.

  • Identify required escrow items and ensure that the disbursement requirements are met

  • Communicate by email/phone with appropriate internal and external parties

  • Daily manifest and ship time sensitive loan collateral.

  • Receive deliveries of packages containing time-sensitive loan documents and confirms funds due from closing

  • Review client closing instructions to ensure all requirements have been met

  • Audit recordable documents, ensure county requirements are met and verify information is accurate within internal systems

  • Submit documents for recording and/or understanding recording jurisdictions

  • Sort, index, scan, print, and organize loan documents

  • Request documents and/or wires from clients/lender

  • Receive applicable documents and manage tracking and reporting in the document management system

  • Perform daily maintenance on scanning equipment to ensure quality production

About You

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week with start and end time variations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer service role

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Adobe and DocuSign

  • Knowledge of Title, Mortgage, and/or Real Estate industries

  • Experience in auditing, quality assurance, and research
