G-TECH Services, Inc. Medicare Analyst in Detroit, Michigan

243 + day contract – Hybrid – in office 1 X per week.

Engagement Description –

· Process, analyze, research, and provide comprehensive responses in accordance with established regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

· Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

· Conduct pertinent research in order to evaluate, respond to, and finalize assigned work.

· Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures for analyzing, interpreting data and applying contract and regulatory provisions.

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, evaluate, recommend and implement changes to processes or procedures to address problems and improve departmental effectiveness.

· Organizational skills and ability to prioritize; must be able to lead multiple activities with varying timelines.

· Familiarity with Chapter 2 - Medicare Advantage Enrollment and Disenrollment guidance

Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:

· Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills along with knowledge of CMS regulations

Provide support to internal departments and external entities by answering questions, supplying information and training.

· Create and present reports and presentations to display operational data and proposed business changes.

Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:

Experience with reconciliation processes.

Familiarity with Chapter 2 - Medicare Advantage Enrollment and Disenrollment guidance

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites

Education/Certifications – Include:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred .
