Job Type: Contract , Hybrid/ Virtual and onsite setting, No benefits at time of hire. 

About the Role:

We are seeking a self-driven, task-oriented individual for the position of Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will deliver an exemplary customer experience through excellent communication skills. This role involves working closely with sales managers and team leaders to provide outstanding customer support to our extensive network of retailers and consumers. We are looking for someone eager to learn and embrace new technologies, as well as take on a variety of projects and tasks. Additionally, on-the-job training and paid work experience are provided to help support continuous professional development and career growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the company database by accurately entering information from each customer interaction, ensuring all customer records are current and complete.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient strategies for managing high-revenue customer issues.

  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer disputes and gain proficiency in proprietary operational systems.

  • Engage in special short-term projects to provide tailored support for new products or those at the end of their lifecycle.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and devise methods to enhance them.

  • Assist in formulating strategies to deliver exceptional customer service to challenging or dissatisfied customers.

  • Demonstrate proficient use of software applications, including MS Word and Excel.

  • Provide services to customers in a manner that fosters goodwill, addressing service requirements and resolving problems or complaints through effective interaction with customers and employees.

  • Operate in a fast-paced, collaborative, high-call volume environment, promoting and soliciting sales of new or additional services.

     

Requirements:

  • 6 months - 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.

  • Proficiency with MS Office.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Strong sense of professionalism and discretion.

  • Accountable and punctuality
