Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Communications, Marketing, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Business, etc.)

  • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

  • A passion for community development and positive social impact

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with financial modeling and analysis

  • Familiarity with financing structures and practices

Job Summary

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Business Development team's objectives. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including operational support, project coordination, financial analysis and event planning.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure efficient internal communication

  • Project Coordination: Participate in high-level meetings, prepare meeting minutes, follow up with partners, and manage project timelines

  • Financial Analysis: Develop financial models and projections for key projects and budgets

  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute tours, partner visits, conferences, and live event logistics

  • Strategic Contribution: Conduct research, distill complex information, and contribute to strategic planning

  • General Support: Provide administrative support as needed, including document preparation and data entry
