As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will operate L-PBF additive machines, developing new parameter sets for custom alloy powders. Collaborate closely with the LIFT Virtual Engineering team to capture and process essential process data. Interpret results from thermal imaging equipment and design innovative solutions for sensors and equipment feedback. Support project teams by contributing to quotes, proposals, white papers, documentation, and reporting. Effective communication and adaptability are key as you ideate, plan, and execute technical work in an R&D manufacturing environment, emphasizing experience with thermal imaging technology. Your resilience will help maintain competitiveness and sustainability in a dynamic industry

Compensation:

$80k - $120k

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

  Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, masters or PhD Preferred.

  Experience with G-code, Python, Arduino or Raspberry Pi coding languages

  experience ideating, planning, and executing technical work in an R&D manufacturing environment, experience with thermal imaging technology.

Needs to be adaptable and resilient, capable of managing change to maintain competitiveness and sustainability. Military, DoD, Government Experience null
