Description

The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, prior laptop setup/deployment experience, and experience troubleshooting hardware, printers and VPN issues. Any iPhone support experience is a plus as they will also help with day to day deskside support outside of the refresh.

• Windows 10 (if they have 10-11 migration, that's even better)

• Windows 11 migration later this year

• moving away from SCCM and going into Intune

• some tickets may have a legal hold (financial services) so would be good to have candidates with familiarity here

• may have info related to an audit or some legal problem so needs to be handled a certain way

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
