Job Summary:

The Cards and ATM Analyst I provides timely technical and administrative support to the Cards and ATM team as well as Electronic Banking management, including the setup, training and support of credit/debit/prepaid card products and ATMs. Support and handling of research, follow up on issues, and the evaluation, installation, and monitoring of potential or selected new vendors/systems. This position will also work on departmental and corporate-wide projects as a subject matter expert.

Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:

Coordinate the research, reporting, and resolution of issues reported for card and ATM functions. Escalate unresolved issues, including all relevant details, to appropriate individuals and/or vendors. Propose system and procedure changes as needed to prevent future issues, improve function, or improve service

Setup, train, maintain and provide support for customers using card and ATM services

*

Serve as a subject matter expert on departmental and PMO corporate-wide projects

Provide Level II and backup support for all functions processed by the Card and ATM team. Answer internal and external phone calls. Assist customers with any troubleshooting issues they may experience

Create and maintain documentation for procedures and checklists for new and existing products, including disaster recovery scripts and storage boxes as necessary

Coordinate ATM installations, ATM upgrades and maintenance. Prepare and send customer ATM Billing

*

Monitor and review vendor communications for all products and services supported by the Cards-ATM team for issues, enhancements and new features/functionality

*

Process other miscellaneous functions including compromised card processing for credit/debit/prepaid cards, bulk gift card orders, quarterly call reports and BIC reports

*

Must keep current and be highly knowledgeable of the Rules and Regulations regarding the processing of card and ATM transactions, including but not limited to Regulation E, Visa Operating Rules, Regulation Z, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Shazam Operating Rules, MoneyPass Operating Rules, AllPoint Operating Rules, etc.

Education and/or Experience:

Four-year college degree in a related field preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

*

College degree preferred

*

At least three years of experience in Bank operations, project coordination or similar financial functions required, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Specific Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

*

Understanding of bank operations

*

Understanding of financial institutions, payment processing flows (especially electronic payments), and the financial networks for processing

*

Working knowledge of Banking/Financial Institution regulatory requirements

*

Ability to communicate and relate to people from varying relationships (i.e. personal and business), varying levels of understanding, and varying levels of positions (i.e. data entry clerk versus company president)

*

Ability to understand, use, monitor, and evaluate varying types of computer systems

Hiring Salary Range

The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's prior related experience and education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions.

Hiring Salary Range: $54,000 - $62,400
