• Facilitate effective communication with customers by utilizing excellent language skills in two or more languages.

• Function as a liaison between the consumer and the company by understanding the customer's needs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues.

• Accurately record customer interactions in company systems.

• Assist in the translation of any company materials or communications where necessary.
