Summary:The Treasury Management Solution Specialist II is responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing, and resolving complex problems with regard to TM onboarding and servicing for the larger, more complex TM implementations and service requests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partners with TMA in identification and execution of cross-sales across existing TM portfolio.

  • Reviews existing and competitor statements that result in recommendations critical to services, pricing, etc. in an effort to earn client’s business.

  • Manages data for TMAs, creates RFPs, proposals, and proforma pricing analysis.

  • Partners with the TMA to execute pipeline management, calculating PxV revenue to book, and closing deals in Max.

  • Independently determines appropriate pricing and may lead special pricing renewals.

  • Directly works with customers on annual renewals for ACH, wires, high risk RDC, Commercial Card, and Controlled Disbursement accounts.

  • Trains customers on new TM setups.

  • Key contact for service and maintenance for Business Banking customers.

  • Manages special projects.

  • Serves as a mentor for new colleagues to learn the TM onboarding process.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3+ years of banking or financial services experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong coaching and leadership skills

  • Proven track record of exceeding goals

  • Strong communication skills

Compensation Range:

$60,000-$70,000 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
