Job Description Summary

Responsible to oversee and manage all aspects of the Capital Markets Multi-Family Denver brokerage business for private and institutional clients including monitor internal/external workflow to ensure consistent quality of service and work product.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide advanced support to brokerage professionals to implement all marketing efforts as it pertains to business development and promotion of specific listings.

  • Collaborate in the creation and editing of the content of marketing materials and presentations

  • In collaboration with Marketing, handle all proposal responses, pitches and offering memorandums to include writing and editing of company information, proposal text and graphics.

  • Maintain local pages for corporate website and/or property websites

  • Manage the flow of key documentation and client communications

  • Review, and interpret financial analysis

  • Coordinate the due diligence and marketing process for all transactions.

  • Coordinate client touch programs.

  • Handle preparation of monthly reports for clients, including current status of deals, marketing efforts, clients currently targeting, etc.

  • Manage team contact database and maintain all listings in Engage.

  • Submit completed deals through Engage for booking.

  • Manage all team press release using corporate contacts.

  • Provide advanced administrative support.

  • Maintain confidential information and files in accordance with internal procedures.

  • Coordinate travel and administer activities.

  • Prepare expense reports, including OTT, Credit Card Mgmt, etc.

  • Perform special projects as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor Degree

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or related field

  • Or similar combination of education and experience

  • Experience creating and editing marketing materials

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to identify and resolve problems with minimal direction

  • Detail oriented, self-starter, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment independently

  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills

  • Proven record of providing outstanding internal and external customer service

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $63,750.00 - $75,000.00
