This role is part of the Lunar Permanence business unit, which develops Blue Origin's multiple Blue Moon lander product lines. To further Blue Origin's mission of having millions of people living and working in space, we are building sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface.

As part of a hardworking team of diverse specialists, systems engineers, and responsible engineers , you will lead a team of 8-12 systems engineers to deliver products for both MK1 and MK2 vehicles. You will report to the Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) Manager within the Fluids and Propulsion (F&P) Integrated Product Team (IPT) and work closely with the Lead Systems Engineers and Architects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead a systems engineering team to deliver high-performance fluids and propulsion deliverables for Lunar vehicles, ensuring alignment with mission objectives while balancing cost, schedule, and risk.

Define, specify, and flow down information to help Responsible Engineers to develop hardware. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and Blue Origin groups.

Recruit, hire, manage, and mentor a diverse, equitable, and inclusive team of 8-12 direct reports, focusing on their professional development through coaching, performance reviews, and routine one-on-one... For full info follow application link.
