Department: Human Resources Reports to: Sr. VP of Human Resources JOB SUMMARY ​​​​​​The Senior Director Change Management is responsible for leading and managing organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and successful implementation of new processes, technologies, or strategies. This leadership role involves developing and executing change management strategies, engaging stakeholders, overseeing communication efforts, and ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary tools and training to navigate change effectively. The Senior Director Change Management works closely with senior leadership to align change initiatives with business goals, mitigate resistance, and foster a culture of adaptability. Additionally, this position monitors the progress of change efforts, assesses impact to employee morale and productivity, address risks, and ensures the organization achieves desired outcomes while minimizing disruptions. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of change management best practices and methodologies. RESPONSIBILITIES Typical job responsibilities of the SENIOR DIRECTOR CHANGE MANAGEMENT include: ​​​​​​ Develop and maintain the methodology and change management strategies with SRO leaders to execute large-scale enterprise initiatives and org transformations. Identify, engage, and communicate with key stakeholders to gain buy-in for change initiatives and address concerns. Partner with SRO to identify scale of change initiative and resources required for execution. Collaborate with Communications to craft messaging and engagement plans for stakeholders impacted by organizational change. Monitor and evaluate the adoption, impact and success of change initiatives, leveraging data to refine strategies. Set KPIs and metrics to track the progress of change initiatives, assess effectiveness, and provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding the status and results of change efforts. Provide training, resources, and tools to enable leaders and teams to effectively manage change. Anticipate potential challenges or resistance and develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with the change process. Lead and inspire teams involved in the change process, providing guidance and direction while fostering a positive attitude toward change. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement throughout the change process and adjust as needed to ensure successful outcomes. Conduct change impact assessments and evaluate organizational readiness to plan and tailor change initiatives. Build a culture of adaptability and resilience in the organization, helping employees better cope with future changes. Perform other duties as required. REQUIRED SKILLS ​​​​​​ Expertise in in developing change management frameworks, tools, and strategies for enterprise initiatives. Strong data analysis and evaluation skills to measure change impact and adoption rates. Expertise in building relationships and gaining support from key stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees. High self-awareness and empathy to understand and address the emotional impact of change on employees. Advanced leadership and management skills including achieving results through influence, guiding performance and development, and fostering a motivating and inclusive workplace. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-related applications. Uses understanding of digital concepts to create basic digital tools. Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Expert interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills. Advanced attention to detail, organization and prioritization. Expert cognitive, decision-making and problem-solving skills. Growth mindset with an expert ability to innovate, embrace change and have grit. REQUIRED SKILLS EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred. 12+ years of experience in organization change management, with 5+ years in leadership roles. LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS Relevant advanced change management certifications such a plus. PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS Position Location is flexible. Remote work will be considered. Indoor working environment that requires the ability to perform repetitive motions and operate standard office equipment. May occasionally be exposed to distracting noise while sharing office space with others. Some travel up to 25% may be required. ​​​​​ PAY RANGE $146,000 - $270,000 Annually
