TheClinical Analystwill support the development of DaVita's integrated care strategy and prepare the organization for a shift to value-based care.

In an integrated care environment, we aim to provide the comprehensive and preventative care each patient needs to be healthier in the new value-based healthcare world. This teammate will be an innovator and experimenter in developing this model and collaborating with several teams across the Village on this executive driven transformation. This position blends innovative strategic thinking with operational execution.

Core activities include: creating analyses to generate insights and opportunity areas within our care model, developing clinical and operational process flows to best care for our patients, and creating new field facing tools and reports.

TheAnalystwill work on a team of highly-motivated individuals with consulting, process engineering, change management, and/or clinical experience. This highly visible and cross-functional role will work directly with Kidney Care and IKC (Integrated Kidney Care) leadership.

Key responsibilities are spread across three categories: Analytics and Reporting Develop, scope, and automate regular and ad hoc reporting and analyses around IKC model of care Integrate disparate data sets, conduct exploratory analysis, and produce actionable insights for clinical intervention Work collaboratively with data analysts, clinicians, and operators to identify opportunities to add value through advanced analytics Enhance data visualization capabilities to communicate findings from complex analyses Serve as an in-house data expert and teach data science techniques to fellow teammates. Help manage and optimize reporting, analytics, and data infrastructure

Project Management Set milestones and adhere to tight project deadlines Develop metrics to track success and meet deadlines Escalate any concerns with executing on project plan

Pilots and experimentation Supports strategic initiatives for the Clinical Transformation team, including hypothesis development, research, insight generation, and business recommendations Helps build consensus for best demonstrated practices across several stakeholders Supports the development, piloting, deployment and outcomes of clinical programs by driving work lanes independently Collaborates with teams across the enterprise to enable rollout of new clinical programs Conveys findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis Distills complex business problems into cohesive, impactful stories

Qualifications: Healthcare degree or relatable experience required Bachelor's degree required 3-5 years of work experience in management consulting, business analytics, corporate strategy roles preferred Vendor and account management experience preferred Stakeholder management and data visualization experience required Excel experience required Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience Strong analytical and presentation skills preferred Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change Additional Skills: Advanced Excel skillset Strong executive communication ski ls Proficiency in PowerPoint Comfort with ambiguity Outstanding conceptual, analytical and strategic skills Possesses the ability to balance strategic vision and execution capabilities to deliver results Ability to effectively handle and drive multiple projects with multiple teams Ability to effectively handle and drive multiple work lanes Willingness to understand the complexity of healthcare markets Strong business and financial acumen with a sense of shareholder responsibility Demonstrated ability to recognize, prioritize, and evaluate workload and specific growth opportunities Possesses the ability to balance strategic vision and execution capabilities to deliver results
