Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Real Estate & Property industry located in DENVER, Colorado. The position is for a Sr. Accountant who will play a critical role in the financial operations of our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.

• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations on a regular basis.

• Carry out bank reconciliations, ensuring all financial transactions are correctly recorded.

• Maintain the general ledger and execute monthly journal entries.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.

• Oversee month-end close processes and procedures.

• Operate NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP for various accounting activities.

• Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with other teams to improve financial procedures and ensure financial integrity.

• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the Real Estate & Property industry

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliations

• Extensive knowledge and practical experience with General Ledger management and Journal Entries

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling

• Experience in Month End Close procedures and reporting

• Familiarity with financial software such as NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required

• Certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is preferred

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• High level of integrity and professionalism.
