Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer
Job Description
The High-Level Systems Engineer will facilitate the transfer from internal to customer-specific requirements and needs for the LEXI set of satellites. This role involves understanding mission CONOPs and analysis for GEO orbital slot RPO, developing requirements, mission architecture, design compliance, verification, and operations. The Senior Systems Engineer will document and write service level requirements, write statements of work, and understand the satellite lifecycle, specifically GEO satcomm design from propulsion to RF to power. This position requires heavy customer interfacing.
Responsibilities
Facilitate the transfer from internal to customer-specific requirements for the LEXI set of satellites.
Understand mission CONOPs and analysis for GEO orbital slot RPO.
Develop requirements, mission architecture, design compliance, verification, and operations.
Document and write service level requirements.
Write statements of work.
Understand the satellite lifecycle, specifically GEO satcomm design from propulsion to RF to power.
Interface heavily with customers.

Work Environment
The work environment supports creative, outside-the-box thinking and a passion for cleaning up space. The office is open and resembles an aerospace version of Google, fostering innovation and collaboration. The Senior Systems Engineer will be part of a team of 20 internally and will collaborate with 50 external partners on the program.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $155000.00/yr.
Stock options, 4% 401k match, 8 Holidays (2 additional floating), 20 PTO days, 12 sick days, great health, dental, vision.

This is a hybrid position in Denver,CO.
