Job Title: Senior Site Specialist

Job Description

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Site Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and reconciling various customer and company reports to ensure partner requirements are met. You will also follow established work processes and address customer concerns with a goal of resolution within a set timeframe. In addition, you'll be tasked with ensuring the equipment used in RDS meets or exceeds customer expectations and compliance to standards. This includes maintaining key documents, managing equipment labeling and signage, and supporting audits. You may also be required to assist in other areas from time to time as an emerging growth company.

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 26 Weekly.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Colorado, Colorado.

Work Environment

Our work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. The position is 100% onsite at a confidential client site. Our team provides a single source for integrated lab service support and supply management, offering flexibility and experience to uniquely address our customers' laboratory's business needs.
