Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create financial plans and monthly forecasts collaboratively with the operations team, ensuring that both assumptions and execution plans are mutually agreed upon and that the team is committed to the outcomes. Additionally, provide support for special projects as needed.

  • Assist operations in achieving annual cost reduction goals (Productivity, PPV, MUV, VAVE), analyzing capital requests, and managing expenses.

  • Oversee the creation of the annual standard cost and implement necessary interim cost adjustments as required.

  • Ensure the prompt and precise execution of month-end close procedures and the reconciliation of key accounts.

  • As a finance leader, participate in daily Gemba meetings to ensure operational activities are accurately reflected in financial records.

Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a similar field is required;

  • Extensive experience in finance and accounting, demonstrating a progressive track record in budgeting, forecasting, planning, financial analysis, and modeling over several years.

  • A comprehensive understanding of cost accounting principles and proficiency with Oracle manufacturing systems.

  • Exceptional oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills due to its cross-functional nature.

  • Savvy in MS Excel, including financial modeling and pivot tables, along with expertise in other Microsoft Office applications such as Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential.

Preferred:

  • Completion of an MBA, CMA, or CPA program is preferred.

  • Prior experience in crafting enterprise performance management reports, such as BPC and Hyperion, along with proficiency in Oracle ERP and Oracle Business Intelligence, is preferred.

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $85k-$95k. This is the range that we, in good faith, believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and this range may be modified in the future.This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.We offer eligible employees a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k).Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until it is earned, vested, and determinable.
