DEA is currently looking forCivil Engineering Interns.The role of the Engineering Intern is to provide design and management to various aspects of civil-related projects. Other duties may include: Coordinate projects with supervisor, project managers, and firm staff. Provide sketches and/or detailed layout information to design staff for incorporation into the construction drawings. Design, prepare and analyze preliminary and final plans in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation/InRoads (Open Roads Designer) software. Analyze maps, reports, drawings, as-builts and test results for design projects. Preparation and modification of reports, specifications, estimates, and designs for projects. Provide project-specific technical information to the Project Manager for incorporation into the project specifications. Basic Qualifications: Applicants must be in the pursuit of an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, with at least 2+ years of completed coursework (3+ years is preferable). Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), Microstation/Inroads (Open Roads Designer), and AutoCAD Civil 3D skills are a plus
