Vectra Bank Colorado is seeking a highly motivated Retail Group Administration Manager who will play a critical role in aligning operational processes and implementing programs and projects that support business strategic goals.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintains oversight of branch operations (MPA review, signature card exceptions/CIP, new accounts issues)

  • BSM/Lead training, fraud research/controllable loss research, communication with the CB on best practices

  • Holds educational calls with the team to roll out new operational processes, such as UAT

  • Oversight of our service programs and performance (focus groups, props, service starts with me) NPS reporting

  • Manages compliance meetings, regulatory response, client calls/complaint calls, and retail lending operations.

  • Oversees the float pool.

  • Manages the GLIA talent who will be accountable for the bot services.

    Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree (A combination of education and experience may meet requirements)

  • 8+ years of directly related business line experience, developing and implementing strategic programs/projects, delivering results or other directly related experience.

  • Managerial and team leadership experience required.

  • Related system, operational and project management experience highly preferred.

  • Expert and broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus extensive knowledge of other related fields

  • Perceptive character judgment

  • Expert ability to expand client relationships

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Other duties as assigned

    This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $100,000 - $150,000 annually depending on job-related factors. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as but not limited to, level of experience, skills, expertise, location, education, and certifications.
