Description We are seeking a Resource Assistant for a long term contract employment opportunity in the industry located in Denver, Colorado. As a Resource Assistant, you will primarily assist with a data integration project, handling tasks such as running OCR recognition programs, managing SharePoint directories, and ensuring the consistency and standardization of document management.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with a data integration project

• Running OCR recognition programs on selected batches of files

• Combining multiple PDF files into a single document when required

• Uploading documents to a holding directory on SharePoint while ensuring the consistency of file paths

• Renaming files according to a standard nomenclature

• Tracking copied files at the source by moving them to a specifically named folder

• Applying data entry skills to maintain accurate records

• Utilizing scanning tools for document management

• Extracting data and managing electronic documents as part of project tracking. Requirements • Proficiency in Computer Data Entry is required

• Skilled in general Data Entry tasks

• Experience with Data Extraction techniques is necessary

• Ability to perform Document Scanning with accuracy

• Familiarity with various Scanning Tools

• Knowledge of SharePoint is essential

• Capability to work with PDF files effectively

• Experience in Project Tracking is desirable

• Understanding of Document Management systems

• Proficiency in Electronic Document Management systems TalentMatch®
