Your opportunity
To join the leadership team of the Operational Transformation function – tasked with leading large scale global change initiatives
Lead the programme activities within region on a day-to-day basis ensuring local plans deliver as required and ensuring regional representation into the global leadership team
Act as an escalation point for regional risks and issues
Work with local stakeholders to represent operational transformation and in-train programmes of work.
Chair Working Group(s) as required, present progress, highlight issues, challenge and drive decisions – ensure relevant content is brought to the groups for discussion
Ensure any resources including external vendors are managed and resourced to be able to deliver successfully. Drive prioritization as appropriate within the region in alignment with the global transformation team
Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
Experience in working in a large-scale change programmes within the Asset Management environment
Strong leader, comfortable facing off to Working and Steering Groups, challenging stakeholders, directing and motivating a cross-business team.
Excellent knowledge on MSP, Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Teams
Excellent stakeholder management skills – the ability to work across all levels of the organization
Is prepared to “roll up sleeves” to get things done while also able to operate at a more strategic level
Excellent writing and presentational skills

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is 160-180k. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.
Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
