Stantec Consulting Services Inc Product Manager, Digital Solutions (Multiple Positions) in Denver, Colorado
Product Manager, Digital Solutions (Multiple Positions) (Stantec Consulting Services, Inc.; Denver, CO): Support the development of solutions that cover the complete project and water lifecycle, from planning to operations, and watershed management. Define data requirements to support project and product objectives, determining quality of input data, quantifying uncertainty of results, and designing traditional and machine learning based approaches for analysis. Understand the client's experience with the product, driving the product roadmap and prioritizing based on customer and market needs. Manage and communicate the product vision, product-market fit and profit/loss. Work with subject matter experts in engineering to develop business cases. Work with storm water network modelling and design for capacity evaluation and risk assessment using Infoworks ICM, CS and InfoSWMM for documenting user workflows, data workflows and decision workflows. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.). The salary range is $132,870 - $184,100 per year. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, & work location.
Bonus: Individuals in this position may be paid a discretionary bonus.

Requirements:
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Data analysis tools including Databricks, VBA, or Matlab; Technical feasibility analysis; and Water and Wastewater infrastructure projects.
Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience with the following: Product roadmap development, feature prioritization, and product market research and technical writing.
Telecommuting permitted up to 5 days per week, depending on business need.
