Our client, a Boutique Law Firm specializing in Probate Law and Estate Administration, Litigation, Elder Law seeks a 4 plus years' full time litigation paralegal to support the attorneys in their busy practice. Applicants should have 4 plus years experience in litigation at a law firm prior. Civil litigation, Estate Administration, and/or probate law experience is highly preferred. Proficiency in Simplifile, Colorado Efiling, Microsoft Word, HotDocs, Cloud based file sharing, and Drop Box, Duties include: Communicate with Clerks of Court and government agencies, correspond with clients and schedule meetings, Preparation of Estate Plan Documents, Assist with preparation of pleadings and supporting documents for formal and informal probate administration, guardianship and conservatorship proceedings. Complete various administrative tasks. Strong Office Suite skills are required. Must be detailed oriented, with a strong work ethic, who works independently. Bachelor's degree and or paralegal certification is highly preferred. Requirements • Possess a deep understanding and proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Excel.

• Demonstrated experience in utilizing Management System and handling Billing Functions.

• Proven ability in drafting Briefing materials and managing Calendar.

• Capable of handling Claim Administration and Complaint Handling effectively.

• Experience in Probate, Probate & Estate Administration, Probate Law, and Probate Litigation.

• Knowledge of Elder Law and Estate Law is highly desirable.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• A team player with the ability to work independently when required.

• Relevant degree or certifications related to the Paralegal field would be advantageous.

• Adherence to professional standards, compliance, and work ethics.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
