Pre-Litigation Paralegal

Robert Half has partnered with a premier, boutique plaintiffs’ personal injury firm on the search for a 2+ years’ pre-litigation paralegal to join their growing team. This is a low volume practice located downtown Denver. Candidates interested in this position should have 2 or more years of experience supporting plaintiffs in pre-litigation matters. Our client offers a competitive salary and benefits package. After training, the firm would allow for a hybrid work schedule. Paid parking downtown is offered to their employees. Requirements

• Strong skills in Calendar Management to coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments

• Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients, court personnel, and other stakeholders

• Experience in Medical Records Analysis and review to support case preparations

• Exceptional Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and concerns

• Familiarity with Case Management practices to track the progress of legal cases

• Experience with Personal Injury Plaintiffs cases is desirable

• Expertise in Patient Scheduling, particularly in a medical-legal context
