Requirements Required Education and Experience:Electro - Mechanical knowledge or experience.Experience reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Possess a high level of patience, attention to detail and adaptability.Self-starter able to work as a team and independently without much oversight.Ability to prioritize assignments and effectively communicate timeline and workload.Prior experience communicating effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.Proven ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Proven ability to read Metric and Standard measurement and use leveling methods to complete related work activities.Provide and maintain a valid driver's license and maintain clean driving record.Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.Preferred Education and Experience:Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year university or technical school; or a minimum of 2 years of related experience to the work activities or equivalent combination of education and experience.Prior experience working with power tools and on a ladderSoftware skills (proficient in Microsoft office products)TRAVEL REQUIREMENTSUp to 100% travel throughout the countryWORK ENVIRONMENTMonitor the safety and environmental conditions within the designated facility and deploy awareness to the on-site team in accordance with the PROBO Safety Manual.
