The Consulting Operations Administrator partners with leadership to define and drive the strategic initiatives for the Management Consulting (MC) practice at Plante Moran.

Your role. Your work will include, but not be limited to:

Provides direction and guidance to coordinate tactical action plans for the Management Consulting practice based on changing business needs, objective, and strategies Monitors financial metrics for MC; works with leadership and internal accounting to complete ad hoc monthly financial reports and annual budgets Analyze and report on performance and key operating metrics to ensure business objectives are met including financial analysis Drives strategic initiatives or projects while identifying and implementing operational best practices Works cooperatively with technology relationship manager, MC HRG, and internal accounting to plan and implement goals to meet MC strategic business objectives Provides day to day operations management Communicate with all levels of management throughout the firm Develops communication plans for facilitating change management Prepare for and attend MC meetings including team meetings, leadership meetings, and other strategic process meetings Other duties as assigned

The qualifications.

Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required 5+ years of operations or related experience such as: Project Management Change Management Implementation of human resource, risk management, and technology related initiatives Identify processes and technologies to improve deliverables and/or efficiency Professional Services experiences is preferred Technical skills required to: Work with numbers to produce financial analyses, reports and budgets Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Possesses excellent consultation and presentation skills Analytical ability required too: Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal operations, controls and related standards Understand the consulting business environment Synthesize information and develop alternative solutions See both the big picture and the details Ability to travel nationally, work overtime and weekends is occasionally required
