Your role.

Plante Moran is looking for a qualified intern to join our sports & entertainment marketing team to help us with high-impact firm-hosted national events and strategic sponsorship programs that drive demand and marketplace growth. The intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained experience with the management, coordination, and support of successful and timely execution of contractual elements of the firm's sports and entertainment investments. Together with your team, you'll deliver exceptional experiences for Plante Moran clients and prospects. Your work will include, but not be limited to:

Assist with the execution of sponsorships, game-day activations, special events, recapping partnerships, calculating overall value of partnerships, and reporting Assist activation team to deliver superior activation: coordinate/execute all partnership elements/assets Play a meaningful role in managing success stories, photos, analytics, etc. for use in preparing and presenting inclusive sponsorship recaps to leader Format and edit presentations, spreadsheets, and other event deliverables. Develop event invitations, internal and external promotion, post-event surveys and evaluations, analyze report data and provide recommendations focusing on key messages, advancing our brand market position, driving engagement, and advancing relationships with clients and focus prospects

The qualifications.

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or another related degree Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0) A team player and collaborator Knowledge of CRM system (MS Dynamics, Salesforce etc.) a plus Technical and problem-solving skills Strong written and oral communication skills Experience with MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)

This is a non-exempt position and may require work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week. This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.
