Position Overview

Join Autodesk eCommerce team to lead the transformation of our digital-first customer acquisition and develop program. Your role will primarily focus on coordinating a portfolio of initiatives and activities that attract new buyers for all our products thru the Autodesk Store. You will also be forefront of our digital transformation. You will look across the entire funnel and various digital touchpoints. You will identify opportunities, and you will work with the different teams and stakeholders to implement pilots and test that help deliver a first in class digital experience, that builds loyalty and trust with our customers and that in turn help our team reach our business goals. This role reports to the Senior Manager eCommerce

Responsibilities

  • Leads coordination of initiatives that drive digital acquisition of new customer and new business growth

  • Understand key market trends and segment needs and transform existing gaps into viable ecommerce opportunities

  • Analyzes site visitors’ behaviors/patters and the various digital touchpoints. Uses data to propose pilots and test hypothesis that help drive conversions, including personalized digital experience

  • Monitors the ecommerce digital funnel and works with the digital media team on prioritizing product/market opportunities

  • Collaborates with the .com experience team on documenting web platform requirements. Supports prioritization exercises as needed.

  • Generates ecommerce programs best practices, key learnings and makes recommendations to all stakeholders to further elevate new customer acquisition program performance

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in an eCommerce management role preferably with a good understanding of customer journeys, platforms/integrations, and workflows

  • Experience with Google Analytics, UX or Adobe

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing, including SEO

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills

  • 3+ years Project Manager

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

  • Desired SaaS experience

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $107,700 and $174,240. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
