Kellanova Manager, Market Execution in Denver, Colorado

The Manager, Market Exeuction supports the Kroger Account and Retail Execution Teams as a single contact point. Key responsibilities include ensuring top-tier execution and compliance, driving profitable growth in Kellanova's categories, and improving performance through data-driven insights. This role bridges Retail Sales and Account Sales, fostering collaboration across the sales organization. The position is based in the Southwest Region (Denver, Houston, or Dallas) and requires 35-40% travel.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Business Strategy - Providing market-specific insights, you will develop plans for growth, including leveraging category management, space management, procurement, and net pricing.

  • Relationship Development – Interact with appropriate contacts in support of the business. Assist in developing and strengthening the Kellanova partnership with the Account & Supply Chain teams, you will provide better analysis of retail execution insights.

  • Competitive Intelligence – Build and maintain a deep knowledge of competitive presence within the market. This includes competitor big bets and promotions, innovation, and customer strategy.

  • Category Development - Ensure effective SKU positioning and drive sales through promotional campaigns at the account. Report and act on category sales and supply performance metrics to achieve results.

    We’re Looking for Someone With

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Significant sales experience in consumer-packaged goods.

  • Previous track record of exceptional leadership and results in a sales organization/ account management capacity

  • Previous experience communicating complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels, both in writing and verbally

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications

  • Must have the ability to work in conditions that include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints

  • Ability to lead, align, resolve conflict, and work in an ever-changing environment

    Compensation

    The annual salary range is $124,640-$163,590 which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available
