Aston Carter Loan Servicing Specialist in Denver, Colorado

Job Description

  • As a Loan Accounting & Servicing Specialist you will oversee the processing and application of loan payments, manage escrow accounts for taxes and insurance, and handle borrower inquiries.

  • You will also coordinate the sale and purchase of loan participations, ensure accurate recording and reporting, and manage revenue recognition for fees and interest income.

  • Additionally, you will be responsible for creating customer records, setting up loans, analyzing and processing transactions, and preparing various loan accounting reports.

  • You will monitor and reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and provide guidance on cash account reconciliation.

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 3-6 months.

Work Site

This is a fully remote position. Candidate will sit 100% remote. Will fly into the Little Rock office for the first 2-3 days of training. CST hours.
