We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Litigation Paralegal in Denver, Colorado. The role will require the individual to provide support to multiple practice groups. The workplace will be fast-paced and technology-oriented, with a strong emphasis on organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough and efficient reviews of documents for relevance and privilege, including redaction and bates numbering.

• Assisting in the preparation of trial exhibits and other trial-related tasks, including subpoenaing of witnesses.

• Utilizing strong communication skills to draft and assist in the creation of correspondence, disclosures, pleadings, and other documents adhering to proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

• Managing and organizing medical records and other documents as required.

• Preparing exhibits to pleadings and ensuring efficient e-filing and serving of pleadings, disclosures, and discovery.

• Scheduling and coordinating depositions, mediations, and hearings.

• Maintaining litigation calendars and docketing all deadlines and appearances.

• Arranging for personal service of documents.

• Leveraging technology to manage case details, including proficiency with Word, Outlook, and Case Management Software.

Requirements • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Paralegal role

• Demonstrated proficiency in Aderant software

• Experience with Adobe Acrobat

• Familiarity with Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS)

• Proficient in using Case Management Software

• Experience with CompuLaw

• Ability to effectively handle billing functions

• Strong briefing skills

• Proficient in calendar management

• Experience in claim administration

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
