Description Law Firm Billing Specialist

Robert Half has partnered with a boutique defense litigation law firm located downtown Denver on the search for a 3+ years’ law firm billing specialist to join their growing team. Candidates interested in this position should have a strong understanding of all parts of the eBilling process in a defense litigation law firm setting. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Process and ensure accuracy of timekeeper data for adherence to billing guidelines

• Prepare and submit electronic invoices (e-bills) to various client e-billing platforms in accordance with LEDES formats

• Monitor the status of submitted e-bills, research and identify any issues that may cause rejection

• Work closely with attorneys and paralegals to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely resubmission of rejected invoices

• Maintain clear and concise records of e-billing activity, including submissions, rejections, and client communications

• Stay up-to-date on the lates e-billing standards and software updates

• Assist with the onboarding of new clients to the firm’s e-billing systems

• Work with attorneys to ensure timely submission of rates and budget

• Assist the Office Administrator with other firm-related tasks

Our client offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Experience with Clio and Egnyte is preferred but not required. This position is 100% in-office downtown Denver.
