LANDSCAPING AND GROUNDSKEEPING WORKERS, Denver, CO: Landscape or maintain grounds of golf course property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Repairing course sand bunkers, edging around bunkers, placing or moving golf hole cup, fine trimming of greens and cleanup of all trimmings. Operating large fairway mowers at various grass required lengths, sprinkler system repairs, and tee box maintenance.
The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. On-the-job training provided. Mon-Sun with alternating work days, 40 hrs/wk, 5:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Need 17 temporary and full-time Landscaping and Groundskeeping Workers. 04/01/2025-11/09/2025. $21.35/hr. Overtime possible $32.03/hr. Employer uses E-Verify. Potential worksites include cities and towns in the Colorado counties of: Arapahoe. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers paid bi-weekly. Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law; no other deductions will be taken by the employer. Employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker). If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker original departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.
