Insight Global IT System Administrator in Denver, Colorado

Job Description

A prominent manufacturing client in the Denver Metro area is seeking an IT Technician to join their expanding team. This role involves providing Tier 2 support to the companys internal employees across the US and Canada. The team manages nearly 900 devices, so responsibilities include a portion of inventory and asset management, including end-of-life device recycling. Additionally, the role requires setting up and troubleshooting AV equipment for various local conference rooms. Based at the clients headquarters, you will also serve as a primary point of contact for C-Suite level support.

Pay Range: $23-27 / hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in information technology

Proficiency in working with ticketing systems

Experience in mobile phone and VPN support

Audio/Visual support experience Knowledge of Oracle systems

Experience troubleshooting Cisco VOIP phones null
