That's how we're UNSTOPPABLE for our employe Job Overview The Implementation Manager, Cloud works with customers to deploy cloud solutions into their environment using basic, standard, and complex project plan disciplines and certified technical knowledge ensuring a smooth transition for the customer with minimal impact to their active operations. The position is engaged by customers and other teams via multiple intake avenues to provide technical expertise to help the customer overcome obstacles. The Implementation Manager, Cloud proactively works with the customer to ensure they use and understand the full value of purchased solutions and T-Mobile. Also works on team projects to improve the business. Job Responsibilities: Customer Deployment: Customer Enablement / Testbed Environment / Deployment; Resolves Complex customer issues; Partner with customer on multiple solution integration; Receives inbound calls from Sales, SEs and customers; Break-fix - 1st line of resolution. Presales Consultation / Deployment / Enablement: Work directly with internal and external customers to provide presales consultancy on deployment of services; Deployment, consultancy on integrated solutions; Analytics Discovery/Review with customers Ensure that appropriate customer documentation is completed, and complete other duties as assigned by customer/leadership. Project/Program Management Support: Partner with team members or work independently; Lead projects as assigned by leadership; Engaged in multiple projects. Training/Certification: Maintain technical acumen tied to deployed solutions; Complete necessary training tied to the release/update of network tools; Complete certifications in at least one area of specialization. Priority is certifications tied to partner requirements Educat High School Diploma/GED General Education (Required) Bachelor's Degree BS or BA, STEM preferred (Preferred) Work Experience: 2-4 years Experience in telecommunications, IT administration, network engineering roles or technical support. (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Required) Communication Verbal/Written communication. (Required) Problem Solving Critical thinking/problem solving. (Required) Technical Support Working with customers to support technical needs (Required) Network Support Understand network concepts and structure (Required) Technical Acumen: Entry level - VSP, VTSP, MDN, Microsoft Fundamentals, CPCSA, CPCNA or industry equivalent. (Preferred) Licenses and Certifications: Industry and Solution Specific:Microsoft, Google, VMWare, Jamf, Cisco (Preferred) * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States

Base Pay Range: $74,700 - $134,700 Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
