Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in Denver, Colorado. Focused on the IT industry, this role involves providing exceptional customer service and handling technical issues efficiently. You will be working on-site three days a week, where you will be collaborating with the IT team to ensure smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the configuration and maintenance of IT equipment and software.

• Provide top-notch customer support, handling Tier I and Tier II support requests.

• Use your skills in Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, and Deployments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Document support processes and solutions for future reference, contributing to the team's knowledge base.

• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues, ensuring efficient operations.

• Utilize ServiceNow or other related ticketing systems to manage and track support requests, ensuring that all customer issues are addressed in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Requirements • Position requires at least 1 year of experience in a related field.

• Proficiency in using Citrix Technologies is necessary.

• Familiarity with Mac Computers is a must.

• Knowledge of Microsoft suite is essential.

• Experience with Active Directory is required.

• Ability to handle and troubleshoot Apple Devices is expected.

• Understanding of Computer Hardware is necessary.
