Position Overview: With a long-term contract in a newly remodeled, state-of-the-art facility, the Facility Manager is accountable for the overall site safety and performance including the cost-effective use of facilities, equipment, labor and assets assigned to the site. The Facility Manager is responsible for the health, safety and productivity of employees. They are responsible in supporting the company goals, objectives and promoting the business interests of the company by conducting themselves in a professional manner while maintaining excellent customer service and good public relations. Last, the Facility Manager is responsible to manage all aspects of spent Aircraft De-icing Fluid (ADF) collection, storage, processing and distribution of ADF to airlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Including but not limited to): * Where the company has multi service operations i.e., ground services, fluid production and distribution, recovery and recycling, the manager will coordinate with and cross-train staff in support of those service operations that are not part of the day to day operations * Oversee multiple and various financial processes in an effort to ensure the site remains in great financial standing. This includes salaries, budgeting, audits, fluid production reporting, fluid testing and transport coordination * Advance suggestions and communications with operations, technical support staff, other departments and senior management to promote continuous improvemen * Facility Manager or a representative must be on site during de-icing events to ensure that ITI system is operating at its best, safest and fullest capacity and to ensure compliance with contractual obligations for collection and operating permit requirements * Develop fluid production models, staffing requirements and budgets in support of the manufacture and distribution of glycol, including delivery to offsite operations

Required Skills and Experience: * College degree or combination of higher learning and related professional experience or multiple years of airport, airline or similar industry operational experience with a background in local, state and federal regulatory compliance and or significant experience in the operation of fluid distillation operations * Multiple years of Airport, Airline or similar industry operational experience with a background in local, state and federal regulatory compliance and or significant experience in the operation of fluid distillation operations * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * Maintain and treat all information as confidential * Possess the tact to deal with all levels of employees and client representatives * Must be able to read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English * Must be able to verbally direct in English * A valid driver's license is required for this position Ability to produce Excel and Word documents for business functions

Work Environment: * Office environment with the potential of remaining seated for extended periods of time * Continuous use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse * Warehouse - physically strenuous, prolonged periods of time standing with exposure to noise (may be excessive at times), safe but potentially unpleasant odors, varying temperatures and humidity, in and around heavy moving equipm nt; * Outdoor - prolonged periods of time standing with exposure to prevalent weather, dust, dirt, fuel, fumes and noise, in or around heavy equipment and moving vehicles * May be exposed to hazards inherent in airport operations, including noise, vehicles, equipment, and weather, all of which are well-managed with a high level of training, personal protective equipment, and safety proced Ability to traverse the top of elevated fluid storage tanks

Physical Demands: * Must be able to squat, stoop, kneel, bend, stretch, crawl in awkward positions * Must be able to lift, push pull up to 75 pounds at times
