JOB SUMMARY

Under direct supervision of the Enterprise System Support Manager, this role is responsible for a wide range of administrative and analytical activities related to ensuring our maintenance and exceptions are tracked, Standard Operating Procedures are being followed and systems are efficiently operating. Requires strong technical, creative problem-solving and service first attitude. This position must be adept at investigating problems and fixing them in the most efficient way possible to optimize operational efficiency

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures users are provided with the appropriate security level access based on job title and assist users with training questions as needed for enterprise systems.

  • Perform necessary routing testing, smoke testing and UAT on system enhancements, bug fixes and all system changes as requested.

  • Daily review of default queues and resolve and resume suspended tasks and work with IT as needed.

  • Assist enterprise in the event of System outages and work with IT on determining resolution.

  • Segregation of Duties review and audit for mapping exceptions and support

  • System Security audits for provisioning and termination

  • Analytics on all systems and user performance

  • Analytics on system deficiencies and provide recommendations

  • Maintains training materials as changes and updates occur to the existing job aids.

  • Assists less experienced staff by providing guidance and instructions on job duties and responsibilities.

  • Performs other duties as required.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience

  • At least three years related experience

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

  • Microsoft Office – Access Knowledge and Proficient Excel

Communication Skills

  • Ability to lead and host calls and provide clear direction to the business as needed

Language Skills

  • English (reading, writing, verbal)

Mathematical Skills

  • Basic Math Skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (only include Preferred Qualifications if needed)

Education and/or Experience

  • General background in Computer Systems and the Healthcare Industry

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
