We are seeking an innovative and strategic Director of Data & Analytics to lead our organization’s data and analytics function. In this role, you will drive the development and execution of data strategies, oversee analytics initiatives, and ensure the alignment of data-related activities with business objectives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and scaling data teams, delivering actionable insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making across an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy that aligns with organizational goals.

• Establish a vision for leveraging data to drive business insights and operational efficiency.

• Serve as a thought leader, advocating for a data-driven culture across the organization.

Team Management:

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that supports professional growth.

• Manage the department’s resources, including budget, tools, and technologies.

Data & Analytics Operations:

• Oversee the development and maintenance of data infrastructure, including data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and BI tools.

• Ensure data governance practices are in place to maintain data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Partner with IT and business units to identify, acquire, and integrate data sources.

Insight Generation & Business Impact:

• Deliver actionable insights to executive leadership and business units to inform strategy and decision-making.

• Leverage advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques to solve complex business challenges.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and the ROI of data initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all data-related matters.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, IT, and Finance, to address business needs.

• Drive alignment between data initiatives and organizational priorities.

  Requirements

Education & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in data management platforms, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).

• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.

Soft Skills:

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Proven ability to influence and drive change across an organization.
