Description

Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help a CPG company with a parental leave. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the companies e-comm & DTC business, collaborating with external partners, and working closely with internal teams such as operations, sales, and customer experience as well as external vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with external partners to manage Amazon & DTC business effectively

• Pull all sales reporting for online e-comm product sales

• Experience with both Klaviyo and Amazon Seller Central platforms - light Shopify experience is a bonus

• Understanding of email campaigns with the ability to understand brand guidelines fully in order to approve designs and content for promotional campaigns

• Experience with Email segmentation best practices

• Monitor and analyze data reports to identify areas for improvement

• Work closely with external vendors/agencies on a weekly basis to ensure campaigns and product sales are running smoothly & escalate any issues to manager

Requirements

• 3+ years of Digital Marketing experience - CPG preferred

• Demonstrated expertise in enhancing Brand Awareness

• Proven experience in digital campaign planning & execution

• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Amazon Seller Central, & (bonus) Shopify

• Strong skills in Data & Sales Reporting
