Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Corporate Legal Assistant for a hybrid position in the Denver office of a well-respected full service law firm. The Legal Assistant will support 4 of the firm's attorneys with corporate and transactional legal matters. The working hours for the position are 8:30am - 5:30pm. Duties include:

Preparing/formatting various corporate legal documents; Preparing closings; Transcribing and proofreading documents; Entering attorney billable time; Managing attorney calendars; Preparing expense reports; Making travel arrangements; And more!

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience working with corporate/transactional matters in a law firm setting; Proficiency with MS Office; Prior experience with iManage/Filesite is a plus, but not required.
