Description:

• We are currently seeking Superintendents with 5+ years of experience to support multiple projects at once

• Majority of project are multifamily but this company also works on hospitality, senior living, k-12, higher education, and government projects

• Responsibilities include scheduling crew and subcontractors, ordering materials and equipment, maintain proper safety procedures, run toolbox talks, QA/QC, verify budgets and quantities, labor management, etc

• Projects worth up to $70M

• Local projects and all are new construction

• Based in Denver, CO

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent

• Experience with multifamily projects preferred

• Procore and Bluebeam
