Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Paralegal in Denver, Colorado. The role involves assisting in early-stage construction litigation or arbitration, reviewing rule 26a document disclosure privileges, and using the Casemap platform. Despite the majority of the role being remote, occasional face-to-face meetings in the Denver area will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in early-stage construction litigation or arbitration cases

• Review rule 26a document disclosure privileges

• Use the Casemap platform for case management

• Handle complaints and administer claims related to construction defects

• Manage calendars and schedule meetings as necessary

• Utilize Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, and LexisNexis for various job functions

• Perform billing functions and manage financial records

• Brief team members on case progress and updates

• Administer case management software effectively

• Maintain regular communication with customers and resolve credit inquiries efficiently. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat

• Experience with Case Management Software

• Familiarity with LexisNexis

• Experience with Management System

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Billing Functions

• Ability to handle Briefing tasks

• Proficiency in Calendar Management

• Experience in Claim Administration

• Skills in Complaint Handling

• Knowledge of Construction Defect
