Our Healthcare (HC) team is seeking a seasoned professional sales executive to join in the incredible growth of our HC practice. The ideal candidate will focus on:

Sales Execution:

  • Serves as a primary new business sales contact for Wipfli’s Healthcare (HC) Practice, with a particular focus in the Southern and/or Eastern United States.

  • Innovative, creative, and fiercely focused on developing leads, by leveraging social media, external referral sources, joining associations and networking groups, etc.

  • Creating awareness, building relationships with key accounts and Relationship Executives in Wipfli’s HC Practice

  • Represent the technology stack and other big bet offerings within the HC practice.

  • Manage multiple, complex pursuits and coordinate a collective sales effort with subject matter experts and consultants through the entire sales lifecycle.

  • Participate in trade shows and regional industry events.

  • Assist with preparing and presenting the value proposition.

  • Support direct marketing, sales and lead generation campaigns and programs - following up on qualified leads to further nurture those leads and turn them into sales opportunities.

  • The ability to craft and execute strategic and tactical plans to close sales opportunities.

  • Ability to manage and sell on social platforms.

  • Ability to influence decision-makers at the highest levels in client organizations.

    Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or other job related major, or an equivalent level of job-related experience.

  • 3+ years of consultative, and team-based selling

  • Working knowledge of ERP’s and ERM’s in the HC industry

  • Able to leverage enterprise level CRM systems for effective pipeline management and performance tracking.

  • Demonstrated success in developing new client relationships.

  • Healthcare (HC) experience is a plus.

  • 2+ years of selling Sage Intacct is a plus

    Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate’s unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $66,000 to $110,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.

    Individuals may also be eligible for a variable commission plan, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to individual and Firm performance.
