A leading and growing boutique litigation defense firm in the DTC, seeks a litigation associate attorney with 2 plus years of experience to join our growing team. The practice areas for this position include personal injury, property damage, insurance bad faith, and premises liability. This position requires a current license to practice in Colorado, exceptional legal research and writing skills, strong academic credentials, excellent communication, and computer skills. Requirements • Must possess knowledge and proficiency in 3M, an essential software in the legal industry.

• Requires ability to use Adobe Acrobat for document creation, editing, and sharing.

• Experience with Case Management Software for managing and tracking legal cases efficiently.

• Must be familiar with Conveyancer, a software commonly used for transactional legal work.

• Proficiency in Document Management, ensuring organization and accessibility of legal files.

• Demonstrated experience in Briefing, crucial for presenting case summaries and legal strategies.

• Experience in Civil Litigation, handling disputes between parties in court.

• Knowledge of Claim Administration, managing and settling legal claims.

• Ability to handle Complaints, resolving client issues and maintaining client relations.

• Experience in Consumer Electronics, indicating a level of technical proficiency and adaptability.
