The Role

  • Strive to provide the best customer experience every day

  • Dispatch service requests to available technicians; act as liaison between technician and customer service team members

  • Efficient call handling and support to assist in driving positive field productivity

  • Key and maintain accurate customer service history and service call records

  • Assist daily with requesting locates as needed

  • Access, input and manage data in CSG, WFX, and ACSR, PenguinData

  • Close work orders using proper solution and clear codes

  • Ad hoc reporting as requested

  • Support administrative functions of the office

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) of administrative support, transportation administration, office support or related experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency a plus

  • Permitting experience a plus

  • Ability to learn and utilize role specific equipment and software

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment

  • Ability to work independently, prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer while utilizing telephones, smart phones and headsets

  • Valid form driver's license with satisfactory driving record (free from suspensions or revocations)

  • Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
