Job Details

  • Temp to hire

  • Location: Denver CO (onsite)

  • Pay: $ 30 p/hr

  • Shift/Hours: 8-5pm Mon-Fri

Job Description:

  • Administrative Support: Front desk reception, physical space coordination, phone/Teams calling coordination, expense reconciliation, incoming package handling, and fire safe administration.

  • Event and Coordination Support: Event planning, sponsorships coordination, Ball Arena suite coordination, ticket disbursement, food ordering, and general coordination.

  • Office Coordination: Ad hoc tasks, office supplies coordination, office lunches coordination, in-office IT support, and sister office support.

  • Employee Engagement: Promotional items coordination and employee events coordination.

Skills:

  • Experience in an administrative role

  • Ability to work with sophisticated clients and manage critical deadlines

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize explicit expectations and synthesize implicit instructions based on the team's needs

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
