Professional Plastics Administrative Assistant in Denver, Colorado

Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the branch office. This position supports multiple managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and will be expected to effectively communicate with multiple branches when required. The ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals with a wide degree of creativity and multitasking is expected. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: includes the following, as well as other duties that may be assigned. • Answers and directs phone calls to appropriate team members • Files, orders office supplies, directs walk-in customers • Performs daily invoicing of customer orders; including mailing and emailing copies • Processes drop shipments and transfers for other branch locations • Facilitates prompt communication between branches, corporate and team members • Processes cash and credit card transactions securely; maintains records • Reviews orders and documents to ensure accuracy; notifies team members of discrepancies • Monitors PO status; communicates with manufacturers and sale representatives • Processes customers return paperwork and credit process while reviewing for accuracy • Processes inventory adjustments, expense issues and immediate transfers when required • Confirms branch PO’s using ERP system • Communicates urgent details and shipping information or changes from PO to buyer and sales team • Enters certifications into ERP system • Processes outside labor into total part costs when required • Processes SRI (Saw Receiving Interface) system and OPS (Outside Processing System); manually receive in when required Experience: We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in the manufacturing, warehouse, job shop or relatable field. • 2 - 3+ years administrative experience is preferred. Experience working in manufacturing, job shop, customer service and sales environment preferred.
